Volunteers at NWspca Welfare Centre

At NWspca Welfare Centre, our mission is powered entirely by a dedicated team of Volunteer Animal Shelter Gorey volunteers. With approximately 100 individuals generously donating their time and energy, our organisation thrives on compassion and commitment.

Our volunteers contribute in many essential ways, including:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Society.
  • Caring for the animals in our shelter.
  • Assisting in our charity shop.
  • Providing foster homes for animals in need.
  • Supporting fundraising efforts.

Thanks to our volunteer-only approach, every penny collected goes directly toward helping animals in need. Your contribution as a volunteer could make a significant difference in the lives of countless cats and dogs.

Make a Donation

Your generosity helps us at Volunteer Animal Shelter Gorey provide vital care and support for animals in need through Animal Rescue Gorey. Every donation goes directly toward rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals, as well as funding essential programs like neutering, microchipping, and cruelty investigations. We are fully transparent about how funds are used, and together we can give these animals a second chance at life and the loving homes they deserve.
