Our Fundraising Breakdown
Our annual running costs total approximately €150,000, with a government grant covering around 30%. The remaining funds are raised through various channels, including our Animal Shelter Fundraising Ireland campaigns, community events, donations, and the generous support of local businesses and individuals:
- 35% from our Charity Shop on Rafter St.
- 20% from adoption fees and donations.
- 15% from fundraising events held throughout the year, including:
- Pub Quizzes
- Bucket Collections
- Raffles
- Sponsored Walks/Runs
- Coffee Mornings
- Tattoo Events
- Carol Singing
- Cake Sales

Every donation made through our Animal Shelter Fundraising Ireland initiatives goes directly toward rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals, as well as funding essential programmes like neutering, microchipping, and cruelty investigations. We are fully transparent about how funds are used, and together we can give these animals a second chance at life and the loving homes they deserve.
