Rehoming Policy

NWSPCA Rehoming Policy

NWSPCA Re-Homing Policy

Our homing policy requires us to find suitable homes for all animals that come into our care.
The exceptions to this rule are:-

  1. Animals that are deemed by our vets to be so ill that they do not have the possibility of a decent quality of life.
  2. Animals that are deemed to be a danger to humans or other animals and have a history of aggression.
  3. Animals involved in livestock kills or worrying.

The exceptional animals will be humanely destroyed by our vet as soon as possible.
All other animals will be rehomed within 200 months

Make a Donation

Your generosity helps us provide vital care and support for animals in need through Animal Rescue Gorey and our NWSPCA Rehoming Policy. Every donation goes directly toward rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals, as well as funding essential programmes like neutering, microchipping, and cruelty investigations. We are fully transparent about how funds are used, and together we can give these animals a second chance at life and the loving homes they deserve.
